Large 2 story property. This home has 1,800 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is second living area or 5th bedroom downstairs with 1 queen sleeper sofa. This area can be sectioned off with black out curtains. Upstairs has a cozy outside patio off the master room along with a small patio off the main floor. (no ocean view)
This home is a perfect combination of a 3 minute walk to beach but also near the Fun Zone which is located further south. The neighborhood is an even mix of vacation rental and full time residents. More family friendly area, less noise and generally a slower pace. The beach is a soft sandy beach and is generally less crowded.
